Derived from the BarWorks method, Barre Fusion is a total body workout combining 
elements of Ballet Barre, Pilates, and Yoga to help strengthen your yoga practice. By using your own body through small and simple movement we will build core strength, balance, and flexibility. No prior experience in Ballet or Pilates necessary. All levels are welcome. 

**Please note no extra attire or accessories are required. Just a mat and a sense of humor!**

Kids Yoga

KIDS YOGA with Flori Arce


Mondays and Fridays, July 14 – August 8, 2014

Time: 10:00am – 10:30am

Through interactive games we will introduce Yoga asanas (postures) and basic stretching exercises to promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Kids will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imaginations and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment. This group is limited to 8 participants.


Mondays and Fridays, July 14 – August 8, 2014

Time: 10:45am – 11:15am

This class will follow a typical Vinyasa style format with a small warm-up and Vinyasa flow concluding with interactive activities and projects to help build confidence, mind-body awareness and make new friends. This group is limited to 15 participants.

Living Yoga 5 year anniversary

First, we would like to thank everyone who attended our 5th anniversary party last night. We are so grateful to you all for making the evening so wonderful.
