HOT YOGA (90 Min.)
A diverse sequence of connective postures and breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. The benefits of the heated room are twofold: not only is your body more flexible due to the external heat, but you are also detoxifying your organs including the largest organ of your body – your skin. This practice will increase your energy, stamina, flexibility, eliminate toxins from your system, improve blood circulation and calm the mind.
VINYASA (75/90 Min.)
Deeply meditative and challenging, yet light-hearted and fun, this diverse sequence of connected postures will help you build strength, stamina and flexibility. No matter what your level, from beginner to advanced we have a class for you. These exciting classes will always challenge you. All classes conclude with deep relaxation.
LUNCH VINYASA (60 Min.)
Work nearby? Lunch not doing it for you anymore? Need a pick me up? Join us for a 60 Min. Vinyasa Session. You’ll still have time to grab a shake afterwards. YES! Pranayama, asana and deep relaxation, all in 60 minutes to fit your busy lifestyle.
RESTORATIVE YOGA (90 Min.)
Restorative yoga allows you to experience the ease that underlies a more active yoga practice. Gentle, calming and therapeutic, restorative yoga uses supportive props (blankets, bolsters, walls, eye pillows) to support and stabilize you while promoting renewal of the body and mind. This practice emphasizes “surrendering to gravity” to allow for total relaxation in every pose. This healing yoga style is a favorite for many, including those with injuries, high stress, or during major life transitions.
MEDITATION (45 Min.)
A class focused on sitting quietly. Learning to tap in to your true nature, or source. Class will focus on different types of meditation, and will have small discussions on the topic. Investment $10.
COMMUNITY CLASS (75 Min.)
Donation based open-level vinyasa class. It is free to sign up for the class online. Please make a donation directly to your teacher when attending this class.
